Isabella Weddings is not there to take over the control of your planning, unless you want me to!

RSVP and Save the Date sending services are now available - those dreaded tasks which take the most time taken off your hands!  Snowdrop Consultation Package So you have the guy or girl, the ring has been given and now the excitement begins ... but you have no idea where to strart??
This package is perfect for those who are wanting little or no involvement from a wedding planner and are happy to research some service providers themselves but could use a little guidance to point them in the right direction. It offers a starting point and will put a couple on the road to organising their own wedding.
We can offer to search for service providers such as caterers, photographers, florists etc specific to your requests, using reputable providers that we have worked with or have been recommended to us from brides or venues. We will then offer you a selection of these providers from each chosen category together with details of their offers (many offer Isabella Weddings discounts and benefits to our clients!) and their contact details so you can discuss your requirements with them directly. We can also help you find that perfect venue and have either worked with, visited, negotiated and/or recommended many venues across the South. We can also provide a list of ‘dates to remember’ unique to own couples wedding date/plans together with guidelines for couples wanting to plan their own wedding Prices from £199  Jasmine package - more is less! This package offers a more hands on approach, a selection of service providers are researched on your behalf and results are presented to you. Once a provider is agreed by you all the bookings are carried out by us on your behalf taking away the stress of sourcing items, organising delivery and arranging payment yourself. We will accompany you to your initial venue visit to help guide both you and the venue towards your ideal day, this is great for negotiating fees, working through timings for the day and advice on how get the most from your venue and your day We will also offer a list of ‘dates to remember’ unique to your own wedding and of course advice and guidance is offered at each stage. Prices from £350
 Rose package - A full time wedding planner A complete service which really will take away all the stress from your day, Before during and afterwards, total support and peace of mind. After full consultation with you we will organise everything you wish for your day, this could include writing and sending out invitations, collating guest lists, organising gift lists, sending out thank you cards, compiling table plans and organising all service providers including all venue consultations.
We will of course stay in close contact with you throughout the planning stages and you will have full consultation before any commitment or booking is made to any service provider, after all this is your day - we will simply help with turning your dreams into reality.
This package is perfect for those wishing to have the complete services of a wedding planner, ideal for those busy couples who would like someone else to take care of the minor details, leaving you to simply enjoy the day and really show your guests you know how to look after them!

 There on the ‘Daisy’ package - Help on the big day! A package to assist you fully on that all important day – your wedding day itself. Whether Isabella Weddings have helped you with the planning of your wedding or not, we will be there to ensure yor day goes without a hitch. Giving you a chance to relax and enjoy the day knowing someone is there to oversee your arrangements at your chosen venue. Whereas normal stressful wedding day situations such as running around chasing up suppliers, making sure people turn up when they are supposed to, checking the setting up of your tables is going ahead as per your wishes and that the decorations are put in place will be the job of a close and trusted family member or friend (or maybe even yourself!), by having us in attendance on your wedding day it will allow you and your family and friends chance to relax enjoy the day with you knowing that someone is there checking every detail of your special day is going just as planned.
Why not hand everything over to us and let us do all the co-ordination and organisation on the day for you –
giving you the chance to enjoy your day from the word go.
This is a set Fee of £299 (includes attendance up until all guests are sat down for the wedding breakfast)
 £99 for previous day attendance for decoration and set up (Mileage may be chargeable for venues outside 20 miles radius)
We would aim to save you money on many areas of your wedding costs, sometimes hundreds of pounds just by shopping around on your behalf. Working with reputable providers on a regular basis and knowing the industry very well, enables us to negotiate better rates for you; many couples could easily save hundreds of pounds by using our services in this way. An average wedding can take a minimum of 18 months to plan - if you work full time that could mean 78 weekends or 1,250 hours worth of searching for the right suppliers, that's without spending your evenings searching the internet! Whereas using a wedding planner, you could relax and enjoy the build up knowing someone else is doing the stressing for you. Once a package has been decided on I will issue you with an agreement signed by myself, offering you peace of mind. I will be on hand to offer advice outside of our arranged meetings and aim to give you a personal service, my time is not set in stone and I will ensure I always offer my very best ability to you at all time. We love our work and have helped organise over 200 weddings so far ….. Remember our promise is to help you to achieve your perfect day …. a day to remember forever. |
